Years ago when I was building components for my Ham Radio Station I used Dry Transfer Lettering to make labels for panels. I used to get it at Radio Shack but they no longer carry it. I need some white letters, all caps is fine, in probably 12 pt Helvetica or similar Sans Serif font. Anybody know of a source? |

I can find the black but the white is more difficult. I've found a couple of places but the descriptions aren't very clear. I did find a place in Vancouver, BC that does custom Dry Transfers... that might be the best route. Let me know what you find, thanks. |

I found my solution and it's way better than dry transfer lettering. We have a Brother label maker at work and for $22.00 I can get a white on clear cartridge for it. 12 pt bold all caps lettering should work nicely though it's a little lighter than the original lettering on the dash. I'm guessing 14pt would be about perfect but that isn't an option and 12 pt will look pretty good. Sure beats spending $150.00+ to get the bezel restored. |
