[color=black][/color]can any one give me any info on my trans. its a 3 speed with over drive on a 225 dodge. it screams in first and in second but is ok in third and overdrive. there is also fluid leaking from the front between the trans and bellhousing. I need to know if I should take it to a shop, buy a rebuilt, have it rebuilt or fix it myself. also is this a rare trans? its in a mini ram van Thanks for any help. In Vic. BC |

The article is good, if you aren't so inclined find out where the mopar guys take their cars...(the tranny shop in my town will rebuild an A-833 OD for about $350 but they don't get too many...mostly 904/727's) Not a very rare tranny I have a few in my shed for such a time when it's hard to find a replacement.
