got a 71 duster. i acquired some ghetto pepboys ricer seats. before you all gag, the price was right up my alley... FREE... anyways, does anyone have a reliable way to mount these safely? the kid i got them from just had the bolts go through the floor boards, and i dont think thats a very good way to mount them. any ideas? |

Bolting then through the floor is OK, but you should reinforce the area around the bolts with steel plate or large washers so the bolts can't pull through the sheetmetal. |
