I wanted to establish a list of what I need to convert my 85' van from lean burn (its been asked a thousand times i know, it should have its own special how- to section ). Im interested in a Holley 1920, and i would need a vacuum advace distributor I know that. MSD seems to be the favorite but what about Mallory? maybe check the junkyard for that distributor...but then again, while you're at it you could skip the vacuum points and find yourself an electronic dist. (ebay). that way you can do the HEI upgrade too ...just a thought |

I installed a Mallory Promaster Coil (used from Ebay) and a Mallory Hyfire Ignition system (remanufactured especially for Mopar from Ebay). |

http://www.procompelectronics.com/ I`m using an ignition from ProComp on my big block. I don`t know if they have a distributor for a /6. |
