Today I was ready to go and see a job oportunity with a "nice" 8ºC temp in the morning, got inside the good Duster and triyed to start it, but it won´t!!

Engine simply refuse to start, later that day when ambient temp was near 18ºC I tryed again at it started, this is the second time it happens, is not frecuent but, bothers me, any idea what can be?

Did it crank, but not start?

Or did it not crank at all?

If it did not crank at all. It could be the battery, corrosion on cables, starter, or starter relay.

Is your choke operating properly? I poorly adjusted choke can cause all sorts of havoc at colder (and even warmer) temperatures.

Edit: It's worth noting that's only around 50 degrees Farenhiet... to me, that makes a battery/cable problem seem unlikely.

Choke is working well, but I will re-adjust it

Did it even try to spit or start at all? If all it did was sit there and wind and not even sputter it sounds like something that might require a little more digging. My D-150 has no choke on it (wired open) and it will sputter when you try to start it on a cold morning. It is pain to keep running when cold. I use to wedge my english textbook against the gas pedal to act as sort of a make shift fast idle so it would stay running when I got out to open the gate and leave to go to school.
