This may be common knowledge for some, but I believe I have located the Mopar part numbers for the intake/exhaust manifold washers. I recieved them in the mail today and will try them out when I put my manifolds back on. Triangular Washer - p/n 3751636 (called out as "int washer") Conical Washer - p/n 3751637 (called out as "ex washer) Brass Washer - p/n 53010091 (this supercedes p/n 2121233 and is called out as "exh clamp") Some notes: The brass washer may be questionable. They are 1/4" thick, flat, and the hole looks a little bigger than the other washers. The triangular washers look pretty beefy compared to some of the older ones that I have. The dealer said that the conical washers were discontinued, but I was able to order some from WholesaleMopar.com FYI Bill |

How about the special nuts, that go with the brass washers? The brass washers are supposed to be that way. There is also a taper on the inside diameter, which recieves the special tapered nut. The later engines had thicker triangle washers. I think they were redisigned for beter torque retention. |

Check out the Articles section at the Home Page. There is an article on Manifold Installation. Great info and pics. |
