Great day to all
putting back together the motor, and wow.........the pan gasket was something else, at the time i've got it all gasket sealed up and ready for an easy install, and then wait.........the rubber ggromsaren't staying in the holes :?, they aren't even going in the holes.........Panic  ok, so I stop..... and think got to go uupstairsand check "slant 6"......but being sstubbornas I am :x I wipe it down, (silicone sealer) and investigate, dry run after dry run I figure it out............ . So there should be a warning with this gasket or a video......LOL.....

Yeah, I just ended up pulling the little fingers through with a pair of pliars as well. The ends didnt make me fell all that confident either, but it all seems to have sealed up pretty well and theres no leaks.

Yep!.....that's what you gotta do to get it to seat, and that's why the little tips are molded that way. A little sealer or WD-40 helps them to slip through, also.

Yup.. pulling the tits through with pliers then use some Crazy/Super
glue (between the 'Clean' pan and rubber gasket) to hold it in place.
Works great .....
