Will it hurt the fuel pump if I do not use the return line on the fuel filter? I have an 82 D150 and progressive 2bbl.

It won't hurt the fuel pump any, but it will aggravate hot-start/hot-idle problems. What prevents you using the return line?

I guess I just didn't want to mess with it. Less hoses to mess with. I am having some troubles with hot-start/hot-idle problems though. I probably will hook it back up.
