Did any of the slants come with a serpentine harmonic balancer? My plan is to convert to run a supercharger.

Not that I am aware of. I just had one made to accept a 6 rib serpentine out of T6 aluminum.

You had a new balancer made or a 6 rib pulley made that bolts to the front? If its the balancer what did it cost?
I was thinking about making one that bolts to the front but offsets back around the balancer. Also transcribe the timming mark to this pulley.

Go see Super6's custom-made serpentine setup here. There's no prefab/off-the-shelf setup available.

I am also mounting a supercharger to my /6. I am using a GM M90. The SC's drive pulley has 6 ribs. I don't care about A/C, nor P/S.

The lower crank pulley from the Ford 3.8 V6 can be used for the crank pulley (6 ribs). The diameter of the mounting surface is slightly larger then the balancers, so it will not fit inside the balancer. So you will need to make a spacer to fit between the pulley and balancer. Mine is 3/16" thick and is flanged to center the pulley to the balancer. The pulley will need to be re-drilled to mate with the balancer.

A Ford 5.0 non-reverse rotataion water pump pulley (6 ribs) can be used for the water pump. You will need to make a 1 1/8" spacer to line up with the lower pulley. You will also need to re-drill the pulley. You may not be able to use a belt driven cooling fan. In my '65, there is not space for one.

I am using a mopar alternator from a '90s mini-van (6 ribs). The bracket that I made for this, didn't work out correctly, so I think I will try an "accessory plate" the next time round. The accessory plate will also contain an idler pulley and a tensioner pulley. Basically these pullies are for routing the belt to the SC and keeping a fair amount of belt going around all the pullies.

Al T's Big Red also uses an serpentine setup, and is where I found out about the Ford crank pulley.
