How much idle mixture screw adjustments affect the idle, off-idle and cruise? when did they shift mostly from idle circuit thru off-idle to cruise?

Especially 900 RPM to 3,000 RPM range.

Also is there a way to find out if jettings are correct for given vehicle?
1987 Plymouth Voyager 2.2L with 5220 carb.
