Nope we had 12 cars there Gary Bruner beat Mike in the first round. Got down to 3 cars Ron Hamby Ron Parker and Gary Bruner. Gary got the bye and me and Ron Hamby raced and i lost broke out by 4 thousand of a second. Gary and Ron Hamby raced in the final and Gary won in a close race. My tach and shift light went out the first time trial so we had to shift by engine sound but we had a good weekend So kick Mikes butt at St Louis Your Racing friend Possum  PS thanks for the tee shirt it looks great

Yep. in past years Hensley Performance was there and i could have bought a shift light and tach. But i just to try and do my best with what i had. Thanks Ron Parker It Aint Over Until I Win |

Hmmmm....................looks like I better have my "A" game in ST. Looie. Mike's gonna be extra tough now. 2 races, no wins.  Don't matter to me none. I went down this weekend and got the car set on "High Kill". SHe's gonna fly or die.   Congrats to ya Possum ol' buddy. Ya done well for fighting with one hand tied behind your back.

Thanks Bagel we were a little blindsided by this but that is not a a acsuse. We adapated the best we could. Hell i might could not beat Ron if everthing was working . But we race on . Your Racing Friend Possum It Aint Over Until I Win |

I just talked to Mike. He says that me whacking him in St. Louis is not on his list of things to do before he gets back to Nebraska. Maybe Joel Harris will pick on him in the first round instead of me this year. I'm reasonably sick of seeing that brown Valiant putting .00X lights on me.
