I'm getting ready to paint my 64 Signet. My question is: is the core support behind the grill painted body color? When I look through the grill, should I see body color or black. It's been awhile since the car was stripped and I've forgotten.

It should be black. Mopar Action did an article on the biggest boo-boos that restorers make and this was one of them.
