What would it take to build a 225 that can achieve 145 net hp and 215 net lb.-ft. of torque un lieu of gross figures of the same numbers. I am looking for something that is better than stock for economy, less maintenance. I would love to tow with it ocassionally but something that is easy con the highway. Recommendations

Go ahead and save that weird car, the sedan, the 6 cylinder, the C-Body. If you want a big block musclecar and that's all you care about, your missing the point.
