I have seen them but never used them in any vehicles. The price is a bit too steep per plug for me but I would be interested in hearing if they do what they are supposed to.

I would think that they are marketing hype. A single electrode with nice sharp edges has allways performed better that a multi electrode or split fire type of plug. NGK ZFR5F and Autolight 985 have a proven advantage over the stock type plug.

Scams like this have been around since the 1940s and before.

the electrode is made from scamium... so don't be judgamental before you try them. Dig out almost 60 dollars and THEN criticize.

Naw, sorry, I'm saving up to buy a set of Bosch PIAA Shplitfire Super Mega Ultra Plus-7¾ plugs from my local Scamosil dealer. They have eleventy-five lenticular thermostatic systematic automatic hallucinogenic quadraphonic electrodes made out of Doorknobbium-Frogtoadium alloy, with Psyllocybin Oxide insulator coated with flex fluoride and vitamin E. They cost $59.95 apiece, which means they're ten times better than these ones shown in the photo above. My gas mileage is going to be so good, I'll have to get a locking gas cap so the tank doesn't overflow with all the gas I'm saving. And the performance is so good, I'll get to my destination before I start the car.

At my secret R & D complex down in Redneck Ga. We had a test of three different sparkplugs that we devoleped. We set up a test to find out the best conducter of electricity. After about a keg of beer our test personal found out that gold was the best conducter. A gold conductor wire connected to a 50000 volt coil would knock you on your butt about 10 feet backward when touched to your tounge. A silver one was second best it would knock your butt backward about 9 feet. The copper one was third it would knock your butt backward 8 feet. after the tests we decided that gold and silver were to costly and copper was the best but to soft. We then tryed a Autolite sparkplug off the shelf and it would knock you butt backward about 8 to 9 feet according to when you had your last sip of beer. Hope this info is helpfull :D Possum

It's just a matter of time before someone comes out with twelve-pointed plugs. How you'd gap them is beyond me, though.

Of course, there are surface-fire plugs out there with a center electrode and a ring-shaped ground. So in theory, that'd be a plug with an infinite number of electrodes. Never heard anyone claim those perform very well, though.

If you wish to try some new spark plugs you might as well use something worth spending your money on, these things work...... No matter what you call them.
