What is the location of the wiper arm on the wiper motor when the wipers are in the down positin? |

I just crawled up under the dash, and as best I can tell, the drive link (connected to the left wiper pivot arm) is pointing to about 9:30 - 10:00 position. Does that make sense? Jerry |
