Nice to see a set surface besides that junk set in Florida. I see $2400 for this set easy. :D

those dual exhaust manifolds are absolutely beautiful, and the squid also has a great appeal. Too bad is worth that much  , I'd love to h-pack my daily driver. I'm running no heated intake with great success... 8)

Maybe we can get DD to reproduce those exhaust headers!

I've wanted to build a backyard iron melting cupola, but can't get coke in south Texas. I don't think it would be practical to haul coke as it would cost so much to transport a couple tons. A local ornamental iron blacksmith hauls coke from St. Louis every two years. The Dutra Duals are fine, but I bet some people on this group could learn to pour their own iron.

I actually considered reproducing the H-Pak exhaust manifolds but two things pushed me into doing my own design.
1) No intake heating provisions
2) The rear H-Pak exhaust manifold does not clear the gear reduction or the new "mini-starter", it was designed to be used with the early direct drive Prestolite starter and it still needed starter solenoid relocation to clear that unit.

Someday I would love to do a performance comparison test between the H-Pak exhaust manifolds and my "dual Dutra Duals", I would bet that there would be little, if any performance difference between the two.

I remember reading that the engineers on the Hyper Pak project didn't have time to optimize the exhaust manifolds anyway, so they just ran with what they had at the time. I'm still trying to find where I read that. I think on Allpar.

Is the intake shorter than the Repo. For some reason it looks it but it could just be the pics.

The "repopped" H-Pak intake is the same size as the original, "footprint wise".
The repro manifold does have thicker walls and runners so it looks a little "fatter" down all the legs.

Ahh. thanks for the info Doc. Still it would be nice to score the Ebay intake. Even though its not going to do better than the Repo or the DD duels.

I guess there is just very few of these things around.
