What is the proper way to lift a slant with a hoist. Where Should you bolt the lifting chain on.Does it make a difference if the intake manifold and exhaust or headers are on. Thanks

There are two bolt holes on the top of the cylinder head, right beside the valve cover. I found two heavy-duty bolts to insert and used those to attach the sling. Pulled the engine (complete with intake and exhaust manifolds) and the transmission all as one unit. Easy!
