Will the stock fuel pump keep up with 3 36mm webber side draft carbs? Also haw much will the timing need to be retarded? Thanks TF |

I would think yes it would . But the timing does not have any thing related to the carbs. That is a different subject. Thanks Ron Parker Bagels On Juice Im On Boost |

I had a 32/36 Weber, and I could never get a completely smooth idle until I put a constant low pressure electric rotary pump on it. I made this switch after much research and talking to some reps who said that the Webers really like a (IIRC) constant pressure of 3.5 to 4.0 psi, 60-70gph. Now maybe that was only for the 32/36. I think racetep.com has an article about fuel pressure on a weber. Regards, Tim |

I don't know where I read it, but I've heard the same info about Weber carbs... low and steady fuel pressure makes 'em run. |
