My 63 Dodge Dart just got the super six setup. But I think the carburetor needs to be rebuilt. Rather than rebuild it, I would like to purchase a new one. I was thinking the Holley 2300 350 CFM. Is that too big for the 225?

I have a pretty stock 225 and i'm running a motorcraft 2100 (same as the holley but a 1 piece bottom) and I have a 300 cfm and it works good id say 350 might be a little to much for a stock 225

I have a stock 225. I gasket matched the head/intake and blended the bowl area behind the valves. I put a holley 7448 (2300 series 350 cfm) on it and other than some kickdown linkage problems, it runs great. I dont have another 2 barrel carb to compare it to, but I like it. Waiting for my lokar cable to show up.
