| Post subject: | cleaning the reverse switch |
my reverse switch is totally not functional. i took it off and inspected it and there seems to be no mechanical failure. it is dirty and old and i am hoping maybe just a good cleaning will fix things up. i am thinking maybe to use that battery cleaner aerosol spray? or maybe mineral spirits? any advice on that, folks? thanks  reuben |

There have been various types of reverse lamp switch used over the years and with different transmissions. What year, model, and transmission are you working with? |
