I've had trouble finding a good '75-up fender tag code list. There are some '75 codes that aren't on the '74 list, but this should get you at least partway down the road:

E24 225 1 Barrel 6 Cyllinder
D34 TorqueFlite Automatic Transmission
V = Plymouth Valiant / Duster
L = Low price/trim class
29 = 2 Door Sports Hardtop
C = 225 105HP(net) 1-1BBL 6 CYL
5 = 1975 model
G = St. Louis, MO, USA assembly plant
201317 Sequence Number '201317'
KB5 Paint Code: PPG 2627 "Lucerne Blue Poly"
P = Premium trim grade
2 = Vinyl Bench seat
B6 = Medium Blue
000 Upper Door Frame: Full Door Panel
609 Date Built: 6 / 09 / 1975
T53493 Order Number: T53493
V4W White Canopy Vinyl Roof
U Built to Specifications for USA Order
G52 Unknown (something to do with glass or mirrors, could be electric backglass defogger?)
H51 Air conditioning /w Heater
J25 3 Speed Wipers
M21 Roof Drip Rail Moldings
H37 Unknown (something to do with heat/defog unless it's actually M37, in which case something to do with bumpers or exterior mouldings)
N95 Exhaust Emission Control (not sure which package, *could* be catalyst/unleaded fuel package but just don't know)
R11 Music Master Radio AM
K5X Not sure, something colour-related?
A3 Not sure, something colour-related?
END End of Codes

K5X may be black side moulding. It is the right location on the tag for side moulding, except it should be V5X instead of K5X.

I know that people have varying opinions of Galen Govier, but here is a link to his decode book for 1975-1980.

That is an extremely diplomatic way of describing a fraudster who doesn't know nearly as much as he claims to. Maybe if he made this information available free of charge, it'd be an OK tool, but paying for Govier's error-laden books is self-defeating.

Hey... I graduate Seminary next month and then off to a pastorate in Maine.
Extreme diplomacy is part of the job description! :D :D :D

PS: The church I am serving in is exactly 78.95 miles from the New England Dragway in Epping, NH. Will be hard to find the pastor on Saturday!
