If I get time tomorrow I'm going to do a compression check on my engine, and I was wondering where you guys recommend connecting the start switch? I would expect just the pattery pos. and the connection that the stock starter switch connects to on the starter relay. Is this the best way to go? I second guess myself alot....for good reason. |

I hook my button up to the positive terminal on the relay itself, and to the starter terminal also on the relay. |

Oh sure, do it the easy way...Note to self: look closer at the relay next time... |

I usually go to the relay coil as well. Either that, or if I don't feel like looking for my starter switch, a big screwdriver shorting out the two big relay posts work. Come to think of it last time I did it I just kept walking back and forth between the plugs and cab using the column key. |
