I still haven't turned back from my plans to build a Turbo charged, EFI, E85 fueled slant. Got most of the EFI parts (except for injectors and the Mega Squirt) and a T3 turbo off a Regal (mainly for mock up, not going to be used). I started thinking about an intercooler for the Turbo and have this question for you.

This is my first Mopar and the tanks are on top and bottom (all the GM's and Fords I have ever built are on the sides). What is the most important end for engine cooling? If I install an intercooler would mounting it on the bottom (or top) have any benifits over mounting it on the other end???

I hope this question makes sense and hopefully it doesn't matter so I can just install the intercooler where it works to plumb it.
