Converting my 390 Vac sec 4bbl from a metering plate to a metering block. That way I can adjust the sec main jet size. Can anyone help with the equivilant jet size for a metering plate with the numbers 54?9716B so I have a baseline? The question mark in the number is an unreadable charater. |

How old is this carb? The newer 90's ish carbs just have a number stamped on it like '34'. The older part number system used to start with '34BP'-XXXX-(two digit plate number). There is another set of plates that were just stamped '34BP-(4 digit part number). -D.Idiot |

Thanks, DI. The first numbers were 34. When I removed the plate from the carb, I could see it better. Also found the jet size stamped on the plate. Hard to see as it was faint and on a casting line. # 59 |
