hey all havent been on in a while, couple weeks ago my car lost its accelerator pump shot, running car, pull the air cleaner off and look down the throat of the carb, hit the gas and no stream of fuel, drove fine as long as i didnt hit the gas to fast off a light. so i get a carb kit and take mine apart, and the lip on the pump had "folded" over. has anyone had this happen to them? also the kit i got had the, what im assuming, the correct "thick"gasket for the carb base, but the kit i got when i first put the super six on didnt, is there a superior kit for the 2bbl.?
