Could anybody lend a hand to an Aussie mopar-er. Im looking to rebuild the trusty slant and want to use 198 rods. They're like hens teeth over here so im calling out to see if someone on this forum wouldnt mind letting half a dozen go??

Cheers

From what I hear, they are about like rooster's eggs here. I believe most guys are going to custom rods these days.

Growing older is unavoidable but growing up is strictly optional.

They still pop up from time to time, but you have to be patient. Also very fast when an ad does appear.

There was someone in the Kalamazoo MI area that had some several months ago. They had been reconditioned, ARP bolts installed and the small end had been honed to float the pin (like Doc Dodge did in the Twiggy build up). He wanted $300 at the time. I don't have his contact info any more but I'll PM you has name so you can do a White Pages search and maybe find him.

About $200 give or take. I've sold a set for $175 and bought a set for $175.
