Well I pulled my driver's side door and fender off just now, and surprisingly, the spring and its mounting posts aren't broken. So now that leaves the question of: how the deuce do I get the hooked portion of the coil spring back on the post that holds the tension on it? The thing's pretty stout, and even with huge channel-loks I can't pull the thing over far enough.

Also, for when I put my door back on, how do I properly ajust it so that it'll close properly? I can see that the hinges adjust where they bolt to the door, but which one to I position and in what direction do I do it to correctly align the door?
