just back from the track ,cold hard day, the steel shim head gasket did the trick, now i need to find another or go to copper, started with insanely rich jetting #92 primes/#96 rear 750cfm, ran 12.49et/109mph,started jetting down untill i got to #86 primes/ #90 rear, plug color still show rich but no burnt plugs/ head gasket or pistons, she ran 11.85et/111.56mph fastest to date. so now i can build a fresh engine over the winter and really fine tune this beast(screaming beast the boy at the track called her) to some low 11`s :D :D :D

yes, i never touched the timing i left it at 15degs, i think with more timing my 60ft would have been in the 1.50`s ,although 1.64`s weren`t bad, i`m just glad i got to tune the car and see some change in et`s without blowing head gaskets :D

Yeah, great work Terry. Congrats on gettting the combo into the right range and it'll scream harder next year!

thanks lou, i only wish i had the time to put the spacer and 2/650`s on for a pass knowing the head gasket will hold the car did 60 ft and et better in the1/8mile, it is still cool seeing a 11sec time slip i`m still steering at it, ha! :D
