| Post subject: | fast idle cam |
Posted earlier about my missing fast idle cam that I found on a second carburetor. Got to thinking: Why shouldn't both my carburetors have fast idle cams? They are Carters. Any suggestions on where to find another cam and shaft? |

Yes, they should both have fast idle cams...sounds like one fell off somewhere along the line. They're not to be had new; you'll have to rob one off another carb (but if you're only using one carb at a time, you only need one fast-idle cam at a time...) |
