Well, I consider you lucky. You should be able to just buy a SB V8 flywheel (check ring gear tooth count when you order) and oval out one of the holes to the crank and you should be good to go. Lou |

Hello, I posted this a few times, but yeh, I have the flywheel to get rid of. It is for a small hub crank...what diam crank hub have you got? It was on my '64 D100. I already gave away the clutch, pressure plate and TOB though. PM me if interested, cheap. rock '64D100 |

Unfortunately I have a 1980 big hub engine.I guess I would have to alter the spacer bolt pattern also, in order to use a 318 wheel .Hmmm.. thanks for the ideas. |

I've got a large hub 11" flywheel. You can have it for the price of shipping. |

Unfortunatly we live at opposite ends of the continent. This whole exersise is to repower a 91Ford f350 car hauler, the 7.3 diesel dropped a valve and cant justify the repair cost .This truck only gets used a few times a year.I have a /6 727 combo out of my old 7500lbs( 10k with trailer) p200 work truck, the thing gave me 9 years of trouble free service, should have a few more left in it...lol ..plus the look on Ford owners faces should be a hoot... Thanks.. Dee. |
