Just a quick question,hopefully someone has the answer. I have a super six setup off of a '77 Volare 4dr, Would the kickdown from this car work in my '87 Ram pickup?

I'm not 100% on this but I'm thinking it would because relatively speaking the truck engine compartment is huge compared to the one in the Volare
(2 dr, 4 dr, don't matter for this Q) it would be no problem at all. Both would have the 904/998/999 trans rather than a 727, so it should be fine. Now to go the other way, truck kickdown linkage to the Volare, I don't think would be doable. Out in Lemont? I go thru there on the way to the Roesch swaps/shows (next one in not quite 2wks) , or to go junking out there by Archer Av. The yard on the north side of the Cal Sag had a few F bodies there last summer when I was out there. Jerrys has been weeding out alot.
