rebuilt a 79 225 for my 85 150 van installed a com cam rv cam super six carb intake planed the head 90 thou valve job new cop cam springs new time chain the carb and ignition cam off old motor worked fine did not deg cam have less power then old wore out stock motor 500000 not looking for a hotrod just though there should be more power not less motor runs fine just no power is this cam any good any advice would be appreciated thank you brentmcl@home.com |

You really need to degree the cam. Many reports of timing chain and sprockets not marked correctly. I found one that was off by 11 degrees. Charlie Quote:
