Anyone know where I can get new, NOS, or even very good used weatherstriping for the doors on a 4 dr sedan 68 Valient? The existing is NG, and we have the car all repainted satin black, and just need the door and trunk rubbers to finish. Steele's only shows 2 dr and conv rubber. They also show a general trunk rubber for all Chryslers in this year range that appears correct. The door rubbers are the same profile all the way around the door, and fit into a small channel on the top and partway down the sides. Need about 13 feet for the front doors and 11-12 feet on the back (per door). Thanks Smith sgw041454@aol.com |

They fit great on the front, a little tight on the rear doors. Dan reptylkrib@aol.com |

You will probably need to contact him or get a full catalog. I didn't see weatherstrip there but my dad bought some for his '65 4-door Dart years ago. It is pretty good but fit a bit tight when closing the doors. Chuck Chuck webmaster@omnipages.com |
