THANKS!! EVERYONE CAME TO MY AIDE!! I WAS IMPRESSED WITH ALL THE DIVERSE RESPONCES! I was able to get'r done with a little blue coleman torch and good vice grips. I had to heat it...make half a turn...heat it again...half turn>>until it finally came out. THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE HELP!!

Also *someone had a link to A100 vans*~>I'm seeking a new sending unit for my gas tank. I used Ascetone to flush it, but dislodged some of the internals while "shakin it up". I know if I open it up~it won't seal correctly without a new gromet-float etc. Does anyone have the link for finding these items? THANKS GUYS!

Phil (BUZZIN HALF DOZEN)

Phil, try sweptline dot org and sweptline dot com. They combined awhile back so you can get in with either one.The A100/108 forum doesn't have alot of activity but worth a try.My 108 is 3 projects down my list so I don't have any personal experiance looking for parts yet.PM me if you have any success. Also Whalemster on this forum might be able to steer you to some good info? Good luck 8)

I don’t think you can get them new. You can have yours rebuilt here.

You can also get a universal sender like this one that looks like it might work. I would call the company who makes it,Classic Instruments, to be sure.
