What is the best way of mounting a 7" Mr. Gasket degree wheel on a Slant 6 and any comments on competition cams 264 camshaft would be appreciated. Thank you. lauchlin@shaw.ca |

That is the best way to do it. Although you could get away with drilling the center and using a crank bolt with a rubber washer. The 3 bolt method is the best. I degreed in my Comp Cams 252S Saturday, and found that the Cloyes Double Roller chain and sprockets I purchased from NAPA had mismarked "dots" stamped on them. After the initial degreeing I had to run over to my friends and drill press my cam gear and use the Mopar Bushing set I got (used the 4 degree bushing) to get it within spec. -D.Idiot res0aus2@verizon.net |
