Does anyone know what RPM range a slant 6 with a competition cam 260H-10 camshaft? (super six 2 barrell, nine and one-half to one compression, crane HI-6 ignition and crane coil, stock exhaust) It is turning 2000 rpm at 50 mph right now. Is this too low? lauchlin@shaw.ca |

I would think you need to get a lot lower rear end gears, as you are just begining to get into the starting of the power band. I have a 3320lb car and I use 3.50 for street and 4.11 for drags. dbjerklund@hotmail.com |
