Does anyone know the outside diameter of the snout, or part of the carburetor that the breather fits on, on a Holley 1920/1945? Thanks, Danny |

I have a 1920 sitting on the shelf at home. If no one has posted by then, I will measure it for you when I get home in the morning. |

Officially, 2-1/8" (The small-block and slant-6 2bbls are 2-5/8"). And the "breather" is the ~3" diameter device atop the valve cover that keeps liquid oil out of the intake tract. You mean the part of the carburetor where the air cleaner fits. |
