intake=1.92
exhust=1.67

valves=3.59

.040 over =3.44
that would be a big notch

Just for ref. the biggest valves I have put into a SL6 head with-out a block side wall notch was:
Intake = 1.875
Exhaust= 1.535
I could have gone a tad bigger on the intake but the exhaust was with-in .030 of the wall. This was on a .100 overbore. (3.50) I had to sped a lot of time getting the head centered over the bores and also found that some of the valve guides were not machined at their proper locations.

I would say that most SL6 engines do not need to go super large, 1.75 Int. and 1.5 Exh. is fine
