You need a thick base gasket with two notches. Use a Fel-Pro #60125 or Victor-Reinz #G24105 .

What is the best carb mounting gasket for the holley 1920. The carb that I purchased from Dan had the gasket with four holes in the gasket. The ones I have seen online , and that came with the carb kit had one hole and two other slats in it. The one with the four holes is pretty much useless I think because it is blocked off by the intake when put on. I guess all of the older 1 barrel intakes has the same diameter for the carb. I just don't want to block any passages off if that is possible. Any answers are appreciated. Thanks Dave |
