hello, a year or more ago there was some heated debate regarding this "log manifold"invention. a similar "design" for an inlet manifold fitted to a straight 8 Buick is posted on the H.A.M.B at the moment. looks cool enough,but the efficiency of such a set up I would question. click here oh well,so long as it looks good ..... link to the H.A.M.B page for more pix. here I tried to search for the offending "powerpipe" but the search function seems to only allow me to the first page of the returned hits. why so? Considering that the intake ports are siamesed, I don't think it matters.............. |

The "Powerpipe" was nothing new. The same design has been used on tractors for many, many years. The problem was his claims of efficiency, and unwillingness to provide any proof. |
