Is there anybody out there who has : some idea on how I could solve this problem? The simple solution for a "front to back" mounted carb. is to get some Super Six 2bbl linkage and modify it to fit. For a "sidways" mounted carb., check the article below: DD SL6 Linkage Article |

The easiest/least expensive way I have found, is to make a couple brackets, and use a bicycle brake/shifter cable (about $4.00). It works the same as the Lokar setup but a lot cheaper. It is not as fancy, but if all you need is function, this works fine. Also for throttle linkage, the pedal and cable assy from a 2.2 Mopar front drive car adapts to the slant six engine very easilly flturbo6@aol.com |
