Post subject: carb and tail light

I have a 1965 dodge 270 in need of a drivers side tail light and am having a problem finding a carburetor, or to be precise, a Holly that works. They tend to go in ok but then have a strange stalling or sputtering point in hard acceleration. If I prime it with a few taps on the pedal I can usually roar off just fine. If I just go to the floor it coughs. How about a line on that light and a different product or angle to come at this problem.

Hi Neil,
If you can't find a used tail light on eBay, swapmeets, etc. then check out www.laysons.com I went to their site, and I saw that they have reproduction '65 Dart tail light bezels and lenses. From their main page, just click on Inventory, then click on Lenses, then click on Bezels.

Or just click the link that I put below.
