Hi All, Found this torque converter on ebay after searching under "slant six". Looking for opinions on a good price for this item. (Sorry guys for the long ebay address. Can't figure out how to make it a hyper link.) ". http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 12958&rd=1 |

Hmmmmm......Both you and the converter are located in Westland, Michigan........How's that for coincidence? I would be more concerned whether the trans it was on got trashed and dirtied up the converter. Roger |

it looks similar to a convertor i had built at cottmans trans shop in dartmouth n.s , fred mckay, he was using 2.2 dodge convertor bodies and beefing them up with aftermarket parts, i paid 550$can for one new, it work like a 4200 turbo action small block one i had a lend of to try. but make sure of that nose mearsurement, i check mine and 1 3/4" fits the 68and up big pilot cranks, his 1 1/2" mearsurement might fit the smaller pilot cranks! |
