I would like to say a few good words about Performance Discount Muffler & Brake On 32nd & Broadway in NE Portland Oregon. They are super friendly, had eveything i wanted in stock and they are Total Mopar nuts. there shop car is a sweet little yellow & black cuda. anyways i went there today and picked up my new exhaust parts, including 8 feet of 2 1/4 pipe. they are also making my exhaust pipe that goes over the rear axel.the prices are way fair and there turn around is fast. i just hung out and talked mopars while i got my stuff done. and it took about 10 mins total from the time i walked in till the parts where loaded in my truck. the shop is uber clean and the staff is super cool. and they let me walk around the shop and drool on all the cool stuff they have. i even mentioned what i am doing for my new exhaust setup and they where like "right on" if ya run into trouble bring it over. I'll be going back to get a few more things next week. neil parker - aka MiDi |

Well I picked up my 64 Gt from Broadway Performance (discount muffler & brake) and all i have to say is wow! the owner's name is Larry Jones, and he is a really nice guy and his personal car is a 67 cuda 273, in an awesome bright green color. but all the staff @ Broadway performance where really great. When i need work on my dart that either i cant do or don't want to drive up to my brother's shop (West Coast Diesel & Auto) in seattle. i'm going back to Broadway Performance Discount Muffler & Brake. There contact info is: 503.284.8090 - 3204 NE Broadway PDX,OR 97232 |

Just to ask since both of you with your vehicle years are 'skirting' the DEQ issue... 'Friendly' maybe nice until someone brings them a 1975 Dart and Larry says 2 1/4" exhaust is OK but I have to ding you $300 extra for that cat. convertor.... Even here in Salem all exhaust shops have to keep the vehicle up to the standards under which they are built...I got to skirt under that with the HPak duster because I found a place that does unaudited/afterhours work... It's nice to know someone that does good work, but when their business can be closed due to a forgotten required emissions item...there are some lines they can't/won't cross... -D.Idiot |
