When do You know when racing season is over? And... You know you are a racer when... ? -------------------------------------------------------- I know race season is over when I drain the fuel out of the race car... and pour it into my street car. I know I am a "racer" because I actually think the race gas made my street car run better. DD |

1) Your gas credit card bill is half what it was the previous month 2) You actually start fixing all the broken stuff on the wife's daily driver 3) You're right Doc: the weedwacker runs like a scalded dog on 110!! 4) Must be over, hockey's started !! ...From my oldest 5) "Didja know Mom's been dating the guy from the garage next door???????" |

You're already worried that next season will start before you get your latest car ready. |

... you obsessively check the local track calender to find out when the first test-n-tune/street legal drag is scheduled and how long you have from that date till MATS. (not that i've been doing that, or anything.. ) |

You decide that the neighborhood street is long enough for a 1/4 mile drag, but you know the neighbors won't like it...espcially since the burnout box would most likely be the neighbor you like the least. ~THOR~ |
