Hello folks, I am thinking to use a Percy's adjust-a-jet on my Holley 8007 390 cfm and remember a long time ago Matt Cramer used a Percy's, and maybe Argentina did. I wrote Percy's to see if I could get one with a range of 51 to 58 jetting and they say yes, but it is non standard. Well, I know an 8007 is not a 750 cfm Dominator, but don't see why an adjustable jet block can't work well in a 390 cfm. Anyone have any opinion as to how useful adjust a jets are, experienced or not? rock '64d100 |

I could see some results on the weird bastardized carb I had when watching with a narrow band AFR gauge (didn't have a wideband back then), so it worked for certain values of "worked". But I don't know if it would have gotten the jetting in the right range if the carb had been a more appropriate carb. |
