Is a locking gas cap for a 63' Valiant available? I don't mind if it isn't original in appearance, just as long as it locks in place.

I don't think Stant (or anybody else) makes them anymore. I find them from time to time @ the boneyard. I have several gascap keys which I've accumulated over the years---I keep them in my toolbox and try them all when I find a locker on a junk car. Often, I can horse the cap off without breaking anything (jiggle the key as you rock the cap and try to turn it). Then, when I need one, I have it re-keyed by a locksmith. Guess that's not saying much for the effectiveness of these caps as a theft deterrent...but there you have it. All you can really ever do, anyway, is slow a determined thief down if he really wants your gas...hope he's in a hurry and will move on to easier pickin's.
