i ordered my adapter part from them on last friday, and we told them we wanted it shiped asap, even overnight. and we where happy to cover the extra shipping. after a week of the run a round,finally they said they shipped the part via standard mail on monday ... but there closed on monday ( WTF! ) we told them we needed it now. it's friday and i have no part, the swap is sunday. and what about our request for 2 day express or overnight shipping?

it better show today or tomorrow or i am gonna have a stroke!

and then i will have to wait another week to do the swap and i will miss the race in redding!

i have always had great service in the past with them and almost bought a project car they had. but this time the service was completly un-acceptable. plus we are a auto repair shop / commerical customer and our normal venders get us stuff asap.

two thumbs down on my recent transaction with them.

we where also told many time we would get a call back .... and we got no calls back.

That kind of thing has happened to me before! Just after you start to say somthing/complain about it, it shows up. Good thing you got it in time!

Recently needed a hub for my 73 Swinger. I went on Wildcat's site and did the parts request form. Later in the day I got a call form them with a quote for the part and shipping. It was the friday before the MLK holiday and they said it would ship out on the next tuesday. Lo and behold when Tuesday rolled around, UPS brought the hub! Super stoked at the customer service Wildcat provided. I'm sure I will be a repeat customer.
