The DIY-EFI guys have designed their own EFI ECU, and the plans are free to anybody on the website below. It's incredibly inexpensive, costing only about $150 to build the ECU yourself. PC-programmable with an inexpensive laptop. There may even be opportunities to do group buys for fabricated PC boards.

I think I'll drill-out the raised bosses on my Clifford intake, fab a fuel-rail... and try this inexpensive ECU out!
