8) How much mechanical advance should I have at 3k if my int. is 15*

Post subject:  Er....

You want no more than 30 degrees mech advance (init+mech advance)... some have run a bit more (32) depending on build...

Your mileage will then factor in when you dial in the vacc. advance after that (45-50/52).

Yes, every day........32 degrees plus 22 from the vacuum POD by 2500 rpm. She is very spunky for a SL6. :D

Post subject:  Hi stealth, 52 for me too

HI stealth,

16 + 16 = 32 , then 20 more, 52 total for me too. As Ted says, spunky, and its a truck.

By the way, I think several of us including me are answering what you asked, but what you asked could be read another way, as in asking what rpm one might have with a certain tire and gear.. Asking what might happen isn't the same as asking what people have happening with their application. Did you want what we are replying, or are you looking for more information as to what you can make happen at the data points you supply?
